The New $4 Costco Breakfast Find I’ll Be Stocking In My Freezer

Sick of having to figure out what to eat for breakfast every day? Same here. After I workout and make my coffee, the last thing I want to think about is having to cook a meal. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good lazy weekend morning where I can take my time making fluffy pancakes or crispy waffles. But during the work week, I’m looking for something simple and filling, and Costco now has something that checks both boxes:  frozen egg and chorizo breakfast sandwiches.

First, these frozen burritos are packed with 23 grams of protein, which essentially means they will keep me feeling full for hours after eating them. They’re made with cage-free scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, cheddar cheese, tangy chiles (hello, flavor!) all rolled up in a flour tortilla. In just under two minutes in the microwave, breakfast is ready to go. This box comes with three frozen burritos and is priced at about $13, making each burrito cost just above $4 each. A steal, if you ask me!

As of now, these burritos are currently not sold on Costco’s website, so you’ll have to take a trip to the warehouse to grab a box — or two, or five — of this delicious freezer find.

While you’re there, might as well stock up on other delicious breakfast food finds, right? These burritos certainly will be stocked up in my freezer, but I also like to look for a variety of breakfast finds for those mornings when I’m not hungry enough for a big burrito and prefer something smaller. Costco is also selling large packs of overnight oats, which saves me a ton of time from having to make a bowl of oatmeal myself, as well as boxes of Veggies Made Great frittatas for a smaller egg breakfast.
